Short residential and two return visits

QCL117938 Part 1 Cohort F

This trial will look at how the test medicine is taken up by the body when taken by mouth. It is the first time the medicine has been given to people.


£740 - £840 plus travel allowance

Volunteer Profile

  • Healthy adults aged 18 - 60
  • Women must be post-menopausal or surgically sterilised
  • Not smoked/had any nicotine in the last 6 months
  • BMI between 18 - 30

Schedule information

Screening visit

29th November or 1st December

An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting up to 4 hours

Residential visit

19th - 23rd or 24th December

A 4 or 5 night stay in our unit

Return visit

24th December (only required if discharged on the 23rd December)

An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting up to 1 hour

Follow up visit

27th December

Appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting around 30 minutes

Please make sure you are available on all dates before applying

You must not:

  • Have taken part in a clinical trial within the past three months
  • Have donated blood in the three months before the start of the trial
  • Be on a course of medication if considering this trial31/10/2017
