    Your appointment is booked

    All screening appointments are conducted at our Sherwood Building, located on the right hand side of the road, just after you have passed the mini-roundabout and entrance to Rushcliffe Country Park.

    Our clinical unit, where all our clinical trials take place, is located a little further along the road in our Trent Building.

    We will ask you to bring the following documents with you:

    • Valid photo ID: for example, an in-date driving licence or passport. If you don’t have either of these documents, please get in touch before your appointment as there may be other documents that are acceptable;
    • Proof of National Insurance number: such as a NI card or payslip. This needs to be an official document with your name and NI number printed clearly. This documentation is used to check if you have taken part in a recent clinical study elsewhere. We will not be using this information to deduct national insurance or income tax from any payments we make to you;
    • Current GP details: you must have been registered with a GP in the UK for at least 12 months to be included on a study;
    • If you hold any non-UK passports, please bring them with you;
    • Bank details: so we can pay your travel expenses for this visit.
