    Your appointment is booked

    All induction and screening appointments are conducted at our Sherwood Building, located on the right hand side of the road, just after you have passed the mini-roundabout and entrance to Rushcliffe Country Park.

    Our clinical unit, where all our clinical trials take place, is located a little further along the road in our Trent Building.

    For your induction appointment we asked you to arrive 10 minutes or so before your appointment time to facilitate the group session beginning on time.

    We will ask you to bring the following documents with you:

    • Valid photo ID: for example, an in-date driving licence or passport. If you don’t have either of these documents, please get in touch before your appointment as there may be other documents that are acceptable;
    • Proof of National Insurance number: such as a NI card or payslip. This needs to be an official document with your name and NI number printed clearly. This documentation is used to check if you have taken part in a recent clinical study elsewhere. We will not be using this information to deduct national insurance or income tax from any payments we make to you;
    • Current GP details: you must have been registered with a GP in the UK for at least 12 months to be included on a study;
    • If you hold any non-UK passports, please bring them with you;
    • Bank details: so we can pay your travel expenses for this visit.
