This study is to look at how the test medicine is taken up by the body when taken by mouth. The test medicine has been taken by people before. We will be offering a partial payment of £1,000 after completion of the second study period, with the remaining allowance paid on trial completion.

£2,500 plus 5 travel allowances

- Males
- Aged 18-55
- BMI 18.5 – 29.9
- Not smoked within the last 6 months
- Suitable for vegetarians

Thursday 7th July or Friday 8th July
An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting approx. 4 hours
Residential visit 1 - admission pm, discharge am
Friday 29th July - Tuesday 2nd August
A 4 night stay in our unit
Residential visit 2 - admission pm, discharge am
Friday 12th August - Tuesday 16th August
A 4 night stay in our unit
Residential visit 3 - admission pm, discharge am
Monday 5th September - Friday 9th September
A 4 night stay in our unit
Follow up visit
Friday 23rd September
An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting around an hour
Please make sure you are available on all dates before applying
You must not:
- Have taken part in a clinical trial within the past three months
- Have donated blood in the three months before the start of the trial
- Be on a course of medication if considering this trial
