This study is to look at how well a new test medicine is tolerated when given mouth. This test medicine has been given to people before during previous cohorts of part 1 of this study.
Payment
£1,170 plus 5 travel allowances
Volunteer Profile
- Healthy males and postmenopausal or surgically sterile females
- Aged 18 - 60
- BMI 18 – 30
- Not smoked in the last 6 months

Screening visit
Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd April
An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting approx. 4 hours
Pre-admission visit (AM)
Tuesday 11th May
A morning visit to our clinic
Residential visit- admission am, discharge am
Wednesday 12th May - Sunday 16th May
A 4 night stay in our unit
Return Visit
Monday 17th May
An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting around an hour
Follow up visit
Monday 24th May
An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting around an hour

You must not:
- Have taken part in a clinical trial within the past three months
- Have donated blood in the three months before the start of the trial
- Be on a course of medication if considering this trial
