This study is to look at how the test medicine is taken up by the body and how it passes through the body when taken by injection. The medicine has been taken by people previously.


£5,275 plus 10 travel allowances

Volunteer Profile

  • Healthy males and postmenopausal or surgically sterile females
  • Aged 18 - 45 years
  • BMI 18 - 30
  • Not smoked in the last 3 months
  • This study would be suitable for anyone following a vegetarian diet

Pre-admission visit (AM)

A morning visit to our clinic

Residential visit - admission PM, discharge Midday

A 16 night stay in our unit

Monday 15th March, Monday 29th March, Monday 12th April, Monday 10th May, Monday 7th June, Monday 19th July, Monday 30th August.

Appointments with a doctor & nurse each lasting around an hour
