QSC203060 Part 1 Cohort E (Sentinel Group)

This study is to look at how well a new test medicine is tolerated when given mouth. We have other groups for this study over the next few months which will have new dates for you to consider.

Payment

£1,170 plus 5 travel allowances

Volunteer Profile

  • Healthy males and postmenopausal or surgically sterile females
  • Aged 18 - 60
  • BMI 18 – 30
  • Not smoked in the last 6 months

Screening visit

Monday 15th or Tuesday 16th February

An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting approx. 4 hours

Pre-admission visit (AM)

Thursday 25th February

A morning visit to our clinic

Residential visit- admission am, discharge am

Friday 26th February - Tuesday 2nd March

A 4 night stay in our unit

Return Visit

Wednesday 3rd March

An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting around an hour

Follow up visit

Thursday 11th March

An appointment with a doctor & nurse lasting around an hour

Please make sure you are available on all dates before applying

You must not:

  • Have taken part in a clinical trial within the past three months
  • Have donated blood in the three months before the start of the trial
  • Be on a course of medication if considering this trial
